 Typical eolian house situated on the hillside in a quiet position about 100 metres below the square with the church of San Vincenzo. A footpath leads from the house to the centre of the village (about 150 metres) and to the beach (about 200 metres).

The house is built around  a partially-covered patio on to which all the rooms open. The property comprises a living room with a grand lit and a single bed, a bedroom with double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with basin and shower and a further bathroom with WC, basin and shower.
The outside patio and the terrace above offer a beautiful panoramic view across the sea and a relaxing stay. The whole property is hidden from the footpath by a wall.
